Investing in the future

Havlat Präzisionstechnik is investing a further 13.5 million Euros into the Zittau location. 2018 is therefore a crucial year for the direction of the future development of our company. At the beginning of the second half of the year, we are already expanding our machine park in order to include two CNC 5-axis Fehlmann Versa 825 milling machines. And this is just the beginning – further CNC machines have been ordered and are now currently being manufactured for us. For example, in 2019 a new DMG Mori 100U duoBLOCK as well as a DMG Mori 210U – both with a large tool magazine and pallet storage – will be put into operation. In addition to expanding our machine park, we are continuing to invest in the digitalisation of our internal processes and workflows. Furthermore, the pioneering 3D metal printing technology will also become part of our service portfolio in the next few years.

Everyday, we think ahead a bit more on the future of our company. In this regard, the Sächsische Zeitung newspaper published an article on 7th June 2018, which also broached the issue of the company’s continued existence under the family’s management.
