Havlat receives an award as one of the best training companies in Germany.

This year too, the best training companies in the whole of Germany were sought on behalf of Focus and Focus Money magazines. For this purpose, the 20,000 companies with the highest number of employees from 93 fields of industry were surveyed. A total of 745 companies received the “Germany’s best training companies 2018” award. The emphasis was on five aspects; training success; structural data of the training; training allowance, while the trainee quota and additional offers for trainees were evaluated using questionnaires and then entered into the scientific study. HAVLAT scored heavily in numerous aspects, and achieved the convincing overall result of 95.9 out of a total of 100 points. This shows that as a training company, we are on the right track and that our commitment and dedication to our apprentices is well worthwhile. The fact is that systematic vocational training and development enjoys a long tradition at HAVLAT and, indeed, is one of the core components of our company. Many of our former trainees are today employed as specialist and executive staff, while also passing on their knowledge and ability to young trainees. In order to do justice to the importance of vocational training in the future as well, further investments and optimisations in vocational training and development are planned.
