With our two new 5-axis milling machines DMC 210 U µPrecision (combined with the rotary pallet storage systemRS 5) and DMC 125 FD duoBlock (combined with the rotary pallet storage system RPS 12) we have invested in two particular highlights. The first of these fulfils the highest requirements of shape and positional tolerances, providing optimal efficiency and flexibility. The second combines, for the first time, the three processing tasks of milling, turning and grinding in a single machine. The set is completed with our multi-process vertical grinding machine DMG Mori CVG-6. So that our machining specialists are always connected with production planning and the technological departments, we have connected every workplace to our ERP system.
