Efficient grinding processes through 6-element tool changer

Because grinding has a high priority in our manufacturing process, we are further extending our machine fleet portfolio with new, modern machines. Our CNC-controlled vertical grinding machine “VERTICAL MATE 85” from Taiyo Koki is characterized by its cost-efficient machining process via a 6-element grinding tool changer.

The VERTICAL MATE 85 has the following work space:

Inner grinding diameter:      50 – 800 mm
Outer grinding diameter:     max. 800 mm
Height:                                         max. 500 mm
